Bubble Tag® is a 3D chaosmetric feature based on a random generation of bubbles in a polymer
Bubble Tag® is the result of a chaotic process whose result cannot be mastered by human hand.
The generation of bubbles is a dynamic process particularly sensitive to initial conditions.
Small variations in those conditions lead to the outcome of an unpredictable constellation of bubbles.
The characterization of a Bubble Tag® by its measure, provides an unambiguous result, enabling the identification of each tag relative to the others, much like our individual fingerprints.
The positions, shapes and dimensions of the bubbles are totally unpredictable.
When this material is cut, constellations of bubbles are obtained with unique physical characteristics that are impossible to reproduce even by Prooftag.
Bubble Tag® is produced in a polymer with a proprietary formulation. It has a very high resistance to heat, friction, UV and chemical attack.
The probability of reproduction on a surface of 1cm² is 1/10160.
The thickness of the Bubble Tag ® can vary from 200 to 500 μm depending on the needs of the application.
Bubbles cannot be destroyed or displaced, as the generation process is non-reversible.
Bubble Tag® may be used to build tamper evident seals.
The Bubble Seal® integrated a unique constellation of bubbles associated to a serialized reference and a serialized 2D code.
It is the ideal security seal for document security and product protection.
SEE FORMATS
The Bubble Card® integrates in its internal structure a Bubble Tag® visible by transparency on both sides of the card.
Any attempt to remove the Bubble Tag® will result in the destruction of the card. Bubble Cards® are available in various materials: PVC, PC, PET and metal (bronze, steel).
Bubble Cards® can be used for the production of identity documents or certificates of authenticity.
Bubbles trapped in a polymer reflect light.
