This document certification solution is applicable to all types of documents, whatever their nature, quantity or production.
The solution has been designed to be applicable on new documents as well as on existing documents.
CertiDOCS is design to manage the utilization of a Prooftag Security Seal on documents. It is linked to the content of the document and a secure database.
CertiDOCS solution ensures the authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of each document.
The implementation of the solution is divided into 2 steps
The physical presence of the Seal, in conjunction with its registration in a database system, ensures and proves the origin and unitary authenticity of the document.
This function makes it possible to fight against counterfeiting and falsification of documents.
Association of the content of the document in digital form with the Security Seal to certify the data.
The recording in a private or remote database system of the content of the document in association with the digital signature of the Security Seal allows to certify the integrity of the data.
This certification helps to fight against data falsification.
1. Visual authentication of the Security Seal with its registration on Prooftag Cerv or on the website of the rights holder.
2. Online Validation of the document integrity.
1. Electronic authentication of the Security Seal with an S-Proof reader connected to CertiDOCS™ Control.
2. Validation of the content of the document directly on CertiDOCS™ Control.
